I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, why am I watching this again?
When I heard about the new season of I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here was going to start, I was excited. Then I heard who was a part of the line up and I didn’t feel quite as many adrenaline thinking of the goingon in the jungle. Especially the Pratts were a reason NOT to watch. But off course I still had a look, and now I am hooked! This episode saw the Pratts making themselves look even more of a prat and Sanjaya being the ultimate jungle boy.
Let’s just start on Spencer and Heidi being serious Jezus freaks. Don’t get me wrong, to each his own but they just use it to be interesting. Heidi saying she has wanted to be a missionary all her life, had me in stitches (oh and she still wants to go to Africa and Romania to save souls) cause what is stopping her? Oh she decided to become a mediaslut instead. I mean all those photo shoots they do looking plain silly!
Well all that Jezus talk became a bit much, as one person said it’s like Jezus bootcamp. Off course Stephen Baldwin joins in now and again saying that Spence’s moment of truth was very real. Cause that’s the reason they came back: they prayed and he had water pour down him like never before. That is called sweat! Because you are in the JUNGLE.
I like the way brother Daniel is more levelheaded. He respects their opinion but thinks it gets a bit much. I thought it was a bit over the top the way he tried to impress everyone at the food challenge, eating the disgusting bugs when he did not need to haha.
Sanjaya is impressing me. He really seems at home in the jungle and is very brave in the challenges. I didn’t think he would be so cool and he is just so nice to everyone. Janice off course takes advantage, which makes Daniel say a slightly nasty thing that Sanjaya must have been a fan of topmodel.
Well Janice is the ultimate reality tv star, pissing everyone off. Which I love as it makes for good viewing! I hope she stays in for a while.
Angela leaving was a little sad and I think she could have tried a little harder. plus she missed all the drama. Heidi became sick after, wait for it, fasting for a day. I mean you are fighting and challenging each other for food and then not eating? Also they said she only drank one bottle of water when it was recommended to drink four. But Speidi had to have some drama and in my eyes a reason to leave the jungle again for comfort.
The doctor basically said she was fine. Also do you buy their relationship? I don’t to be honest. They love the limelight but would they be together without it? Last developement was Patti opening up about losing everything after her husband was removed as governor. I felt so sorry for her till I googled them. They were a posterchild for corruption! So they lived the high life with lots of money and when they were found out they lost that. Boohoo, that’s not unfair, that’s justice.
So even if I didn’t think the line up was any good, I am now hooked. Even them not doing anything, has me fascinated. Stay tuned to read more updates on the show!
